Why flat pricing instead of per-user?
Because safety systems die when companies ration licenses. Your FLHAs, observations and near-miss reports come from field workers — if they can't log in, you're buying a filing cabinet. Unlimited logins is the product working as intended.
What counts as a "worker"?
People on your worker registry — employees you're tracking training, incidents and assessments for. Contractor companies and their workers are managed in the contractor module and don't count against your band.
Can we import our existing records?
Yes — CSV worker import is built in, industry starter packs pre-load templates and policies, and programs built in Vigil Advisor activate directly. Most companies are running inside a week.
Is our data safe? Where is it hosted?
